What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable

While we used to allow cancellations/refunds, we unfortunately had a number of individuals book way more sessions than they needed, only to cancel them later on. As this prevented OTHER individuals from booking sessions (and created work/cost for us in processing refunds) we had to modify our policy. 

Reschedules

Reschedules are possible up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled “time” at My Bookings

Check your email for an email from services@applicantlab.com with the subject line “ApplicantLab Bookings – Log-on info (to view/reschedule appointments)” for your log-on info. It occasionally goes to spam! 

If you do not have this or are having trouble rescheduling, contact us at support@applicantlab.com with your booking number.
