Our payments are handled by a third-party payment processor called Braintree (a division of PayPal). Nine times out of ten, when a payment is declined, it is usually the credit card processor or the bank that is blocking the payment (particularly when using a non-US based account).
One of the following options usually solves things:
- Call your credit card company or bank to authorize the payment.
- Pay with a different card.
- Pay with PayPal (select this as an option at check-out). You do not need a PayPal account to do this!
